REFUND POLICY
We offer a 7-day simple and transparent return policy. Returns accepted for damaged/missing parts or if the product differs from the image shown. To return, email mycenturymart@gmail.com with the reason and order details. Once approved, dispatch the product back to us via any courier service.

SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery within 5 to 7 working days in Pakistan. Force majeure events may affect delivery times. No dispatches on Sundays and Gazette holidays. Cash on Delivery (COD) requires full payment upon delivery. Signature required upon delivery. If absent during delivery, goods returned at your cost for next delivery. Delivery partner: M&P Courier.
